What is collected when you order

Your name, shipping address, email and order contents, so the thing can be made and mailed to you. That is the whole list.

Payments

Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe. Card numbers never reach Sorted3D and are never stored here. Stripe's own policy governs that data and is at stripe.com/privacy.

Who else sees it

Shipping carriers get your address so they can deliver the package. Stripe gets what it needs to process the charge and calculate sales tax. Nobody else. Your information is never sold, rented or handed to advertisers.

Pinterest API

Sorted3D uses the Pinterest API v5 only against its own Pinterest business account, to publish product pins. It reads and writes nothing belonging to any other Pinterest user, and collects no data about visitors from Pinterest.

How long it is kept

Order records are kept as long as tax law requires, then deleted. Email you send is kept until it is no longer useful.
