Sorted3D started because I got tired of the mess in my ice fishing sled. Every commercial holder either didn't fit my exact gear, snapped below zero, or rattled the whole drive out. I have a 3D printer. I have calipers. I started designing my own. Then someone on the lake asked where I got mine.

Sorted3D makes custom-fit organization gear for the outdoor equipment people actually use. Every product is designed parametrically, built from real measurements of real gear. Rod holders sized to actual reel foot dimensions across Frabill, 13 Fishing, and St. Croix. Tip-up slots sized to a Beaver Dam Original arm. Ice fishing sled organization

Rod holders, tip-up mounts, auger cradles, and complete organization bundles. Every kit ships with stainless M5 hardware and wing nuts, because anglers wear gloves. Every kit uses the same M5 hardware and the same 13/64 inch drill bit. Drill one straight line of holes, run the complete system, wing-nut it off in 30 seconds at end of season.

Hunting blind drop-on gear

Shelves, caddies, hangers, bins, and bundles that clip onto the angled back poles of any pop-up hunting blind. Zero hardware, twenty-second install. Everything fits hunting blind poles 1/4 in to 3/4 in, no brand or model gotchas, so the same gear works in an Ameristep, Primos, Rhino Blinds, Muddy, or Barronett blind for fall hunting and in a pop-up ice shanty when the season flips.

What it is made of

Everything is 3D printed in black outdoor-grade plastic on a Sovol SV08 in my basement in Menomonie, Wisconsin. It is PETG, if that means something to you. If it doesn't, what matters is that it is not the cheap stuff that goes brittle in the cold. It doesn't crack at 20 below, it doesn't warp in a hot truck bed in summer, and it is UV stable, so the fabric of your blind isn't the shortest-life material in the setup.
